Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai Etika Kristen dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen
Studi Kualitatif pada Siswa SMP
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai etika Kristen kepada peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 03 Sogaeadu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian meliputi guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen, kepala sekolah, dan peserta didik. Analisis data dilakukan secara induktif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan penting dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai etika Kristen melalui keteladanan, pembiasaan, bimbingan, dan pembelajaran kontekstual. Namun, efektivitasnya masih dipengaruhi oleh pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada penyampaian materi, belum konsistennya keteladanan guru, pengaruh lingkungan dan teknologi digital, serta terbatasnya kolaborasi antara sekolah dan keluarga. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa internalisasi nilai-nilai etika Kristen memerlukan sinergi antara guru, sekolah, keluarga, dan lingkungan untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik secara holistik.
