Pengaruh Musikalitas Gerejawi Pemandu Lagu terhadap Pertumbuhan Iman

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh musikalitas gerejawi pemandu lagu STT SAPPI terhadap pertumbuhan iman jemaat. Musikalitas gerejawi mencakup kompetensi teknis, kepemimpinan musikal, persiapan nyanyian, partisipasi jemaat, serta kesiapan rohani pemandu lagu. Pertumbuhan iman diukur melalui dimensi afektif, kognitif, perilaku, komitmen, dan transformasi hidup. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran dengan sampel purposif terhadap 11 mahasiswa yang aktif melayani sebagai pemandu lagu. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji korelasi, dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa musikalitas gerejawi berada pada kategori cukup dan berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan iman jemaat (r = 0,670; R² = 0,449; p < 0,05). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pelayanan pemandu lagu memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk pengalaman ibadah yang mendorong pertumbuhan iman secara holistik.
