Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan merekonstruksi dimensi naratif dan teologis 2 Tawarikh 12:1–12 serta mengkaji relevansinya bagi paradigma kepemimpinan Kristen. Berbagai penelitian telah menyoroti fungsi pedagogis dan teologis Kitab Tawarikh, namun dimensi pertobatan kolektif serta implikasinya bagi kepemimpinan Kristen masih belum banyak dibahas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan sastra narasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pola naratif-teologis yang konsisten, yaitu keangkuhan yang membawa kejatuhan, teguran profetis yang mendorong refleksi, pertobatan kolektif yang mengundang belas kasihan Allah, dan pemulihan komunitas sebagai tujuan akhir. Pola tersebut menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan Kristen bertumpu pada kerendahan hati, keterbukaan terhadap koreksi profetis, dan tanggung jawab terhadap komunitas. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dirumuskan model kepemimpinan kronistik yang mencakup empat unsur utama yakni otoritas yang bertanggung jawab, keterbukaan terhadap teguran profetis, pertobatan kolektif sebagai respons atas krisis, dan pemulihan komunitas sebagai tujuan kepemimpinan.
