Menuju pemuridan yang efektif bagi mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Teologi generasi Z
Abstrak
Hasil penelitian pustaka menunjukkan untuk menuju pemuridan yang efektif, mahasiswa sekolah tinggi teologi (STT) generasi Z tetap perlu melalui proses yang fundamental dalam pemuridan yaitu terjadinya transformasi pikiran melalui proses formasi dan reformasi. Proses transformasi pikiran hanya dapat terjadi jika mahasiswa STT generasi Z menerima Kristus, yang nantinya dilanjutkan dengan transformasi di setiap detail hidup mereka. Transformasi progresif dalam diri mahasiswa STT generasi Z akan berdampak dalam usaha mereka melawan tantangan penyembahan berhala masa kini. Untuk menunjang proses tersebut lingkungan STT didesain sedemikian rupa sehingga mereka terus didukung untuk menghidupi identitas baru mereka sebagai anak Allah, berelasi dengan Allah Tritunggal dan tubuh Kristus. Karya teologi melalui pelayanan konseling serta pelayanan media digital juga perlu digunakan dalam pengerjaan pemuridan yang efektif di STT khususnya bagi generasi Z.
