Abstrak
Kehidupan orang Kristen tidak dapat dilepaskan dari kehidupan sebagai warga negara di dunia. Sebagai warga negara, orang Kristen sudah seharusnya mentaati segala peraturan yang dibentuk oleh pemerintah. Peraturan yang dibentuk itu idealnya untuk melindungi hak-hak warga negara dan menentukan tanggung jawab terhadap negara, juga untuk mengarahkan warga negaranya untuk berada pada jalur yang benar, ada sanksi-sanksi yang diberikan pada setiap pelanggaran. Maka peraturan yang dibentuk adalah untuk kebaikan warga negara bukan untuk menyusahkan atau bahkan menekan warga negaranya, sehingga sudah semestinya orang Kristen pun yang adalah warga negara harus bersikap taat kepada pemerintah yang terwujud di dalam mentaati setiap peraturan yang diberlakukan.
