Abstract
Munculnya ajaran sesat merupakan suatu tantangan yang membahayakan bagi orang percaya. Ajaran sesat selalu muncul dari masa ke masa dengan pengajaran-pengajaran yang semakin baru dan mencoba mencocokkan dengan dunia tetapi dengan memutarbalikkan firman Allah, agar orang percaya terjerat untuk meragukan hakikat firman Allah. orang percaya tidak boleh berdiam diri terhadap masalah pengajaran sesat ini, karena pada umumnya ajaran sesat selalu menyerang inti kekristenan. Pengajaran sesat selalu dikemas dengan baik oleh orang-orang yang ingin menyebarkan ajarannya, yaitu dengan menyesuaikan keadaan zaman bahkan logika manusia.
