Peran Orang Kristen dalam Politik dan Kepemimpinan Negara
Abstract
Peran orang Kristen dalam politik dan kepemimpinan negara di Indonesia tidak dapat terlihat, hal ini dikarenakan ada anggapan dari beberapa orang Kristen yang menganggap bahwa politik itu kotor; sehingga menjauhkan diri dari dunia politik. Ketidak tampakkan peran orang Kristen tersebut, diperparah oleh kegagalan gereja dan sekolah-sekolah tinggi teologi Kristen yang tak mampu memproduksi pemimpin-pemimpin yang memiliki kualitas man the moral agentala Thomas Aquinas atau manusia baru ciptaan Yesus. Kegagalan tersebut berdampak kepada negara Indonesia, Indonesia merupakan negara gagal bila dipandang dari pemikiran Thomas Aquinas. Di mana suatu negara seharusnya sebagai suatu sistem tukar menukar pelayanan demi mencapai kebahagiaan dan kebaikan bersama. Tetapi nyatanya Indonesia dipenuhi korupsi, gagal melindungi orang miskin, dan data pribadi masyarakatnya.
