Pandangan Origen tentang Kitab Suci
Abstract
Tujuan artikel ini adalah mendeskripsikan pemahaman Origen tentang Kitab suci, serta berupaya menunjukkan relevansinya bagi jemaat Kristen masa kini. Pandangan teologis dari Origen banyak berkembang beberapa dekade terakhir ini. Banyak beberapa publikasi yang diterbitkan seperti bunga rampai, jurnal, dan tesis yang membahas pandangan Origen serta menunjukkan signifikansi pandangannya tersebut bagi diskusi teologi pada diskursus tertentu. Dalam tulisan ini penulis menyoroti doktrin Alkitab dari Origen, yang menekankan Alkitab sebagai saksi dan kehadiran Kristus bagi umat-Nya. Dari konsep tersebut, ditunjukkan bagaimana paham Alkitab dari teolog Aleksandria ini bermanfaat bagi kerohanian kristiani masa kini meskipun jarak kehidupan antara Origen dan umat Kristen saat ini berbeda.
