Meneropong "Christ-centeredness" dalam Katekismus Heidelberg dari sudut pandang kerangka struktur
Abstract
Katekismus Heidelberg menyajikan pengajaran penting yang kaya serta berlimpah tentang Allah Anak, Yesus Kristus. Secara eksplisit, pengajaran tentang Kristus memang hanya terdapat pada pertanyaan-jawaban 29-52 (24 pertanyaan-jawaban). Meskipun demikian, hal ini sama sekali tidak berarti bahwa pengajaran tentang Kristus hanya terdapat pada bagian ini saja. Artikel ini mencoba menganalisa kekayaan pengajaran yang terdapat dalam Katekismus Heidelberg dari sudut pandang struktural secara keseluruhan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengajaran tentang Kristus mendasari keseluruhan Katekismus Heidelberg. Seluruh rangkaian struktural katekismus yang tersusun dalam tiga topik besar yang terbagi menjadi 129 pertanyaan dan jawaban adalah berpusatkan kepada Kristus bahkan menjadi inti teologi Katekismus Heidelberg. Dengan demikian, gereja-gereja Reformed masa kini dapat terus mengajarkan dan membina jemaatnya dengan kurikulum pembinaan berbasis Katekismus Heidelberg ini guna membangun fondasi iman yang sehat dan bersumber pada Alkitab sebagai Firman Tuhan.
