Integritas pemimpin berdasarkan Amsal 31:1-9
Abstract
Integritas merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting yang harus dimiliki seorang pemimpin dalam memimpin sebuah komunitas atau suatu kelompok. Nasihat dari sang ibu kepada Lemuel dalam teks Amsal 31:1-9 menunjukkan ada beberapa prinsip yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan seorang pemimpin berintegritas dan tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menemukan prinsip-prinsip seorang pemimpin yang berintegritas dengan melihat teks tersebut. Metode yang dilakukan dalam tulisan ini adalah pendekatan metode kualitatif dengan sub-hermeneutika sastra hikmat yang menggunakan beberapa analisis sesuai dengan kitab yang bergenre sastra. Jika memperhatikan interpretasi Amsal 31:1-9, maka Artikel ini menemukan adanya tiga prinsip mengenai integrtias seorang seorang pemimpin yaitu seorang yang konsisten dalam setiap perkataan dan tindakan, jujur dalam melakukan segala hal, serta adil dalam mengambil keputusan.
