Pelayanan Pastoral bagi Istri yang Ditinggalkan Suami
Abstract
Setiap keluarga selalu mengharapkan kehidupan yang harmonis dan bahagia. Namun, perjalanan hidup terkadang tidak seperti yang diharapkan. Bahkan tidak bisa dimungkiri bahwa ada pasangan suami-istri yang akhirnya berpisah dan berakhir dengan perceraian. Karena itulah, istri-istri yang ditinggalkan para suami itu akan berusaha bertahan hidup sendirian sambil mengasuh anak-anak yang ditinggalkan oleh ayah mereka. Karya tulis ini menguraikan bagaimana pergumulan para istri yang ditinggalkan suami mereka. Penulis mencoba menganalisis beberapa penyebab yang membuat sang suami pergi meninggalkan istrinya, sekaligus menawarkan beberapa solusi untuk mencegah dan mengatasinya melalui beberapa bentuk pelayanan pastoral. Misalnya melalui pelayanan pengampunan dan pemberdayaan, para istri akan dimampukan untuk kembali menjalani hidup mereka dengan penuh semangat dan bersukacita dalam kasih pemeliharaan Tuhan. Mereka dapat mandiri dan berdaya dalam menjalani kehidupan keluarga dan membina anak-anak mereka. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian analisis deskriptif.
