Tinjauan Iman Kristen Terhadap Doa Lintas Agama
Abstract
Doa lintas agama merupakan kegiatan yang harus disikapi secara kritis oleh umat Kristen. Sikap eksklusifisme akan membuat orang Kristen menolaknya, sikap inklusif akan menerimanya dengan kemungkinan adanya sinkritisme, sedangkan pluralisme yang merelatifkan semua kebenaran juga akan menerima kegiatan tersebut. Kekristenan sebagai anugerah Allah sekaligus juga agama sosiopolitis, sehingga doa lintas agama yang kita ikuti harus dipahami dalam keduanya. Sebagai anugerah, roh Allah yang bekerja dalam doa-doa kita, namun secara politis kita bisa mengakomudasikan doa dari penganut agama yang lain sebagai bentuk penerimaan pluralitas masyarakat dan sebagai upaya membangun kebersamaan semata.
